Weekly Rates include all taxes, cleaning prior to arrival and after departure, utility bills, pool maintenance, local telephone calls and internet access. Bed linen and towels, cot/crib including bedding, high chair and stroller are provided at no extra cost. A mid stay clean may be arranged with our management company (payable locally). Bookings of 5 nights or less are subject to a cleaning charge of $85 (£55) (except special all inclusive offers)

Pool heating is additional (recommended between November and March) and is available at a cost of $18 (£12) per day (please advise at the time of booking).

A deposit of $200 (£125) will be required at the time of booking and full payment should be made at least 8 weeks prior to departure. Payments may be made by cheque in UK pounds or US dollars or credit card via PayPal (surcharge of 3% payable).

Prior to your arrival we will also require a security deposit in the unlikely event of any loss or damage in the sum of $200 (£125). This will be returned following satisfactory inspection by our management company.
